hello every one. i am having a problem with oracle, that is , when i try to log on to oracle, it gives the message "ORACLE INITIALIZATION OR SHUTT DOWN IN PROGRESS", it does not give this message every time, instead only some times it gives this message.Any one can help plz reply

one cause may be that ur oracle service is not running properly everytime.

plz check ur oracle service at that time.
