Default MSDN sort of help

Hi Friends

Is there any way to view help on contents like we view in MSDN?

Oracle's docs are web based. Goto www.oracle.com
sign up as a developer
log in
goto the download link, find ora 11 version
but don't download the database, then click on documentation.
from there you can download all their docs on the database in html format and view them locally on your computer. Much better solution than MSDN.
