Hello everybody,

I have already consulted to guy who is supposed to be experienced in website developing and designing and I paid him for the work waiting for my website,

As I know nothing about designing website or html or javascript, I really got in a trouble,
It has been now 4 months since the guy started working on my website and I didn't get anything, the site should be multi-language website that contains different languages (english, chinese, french, arabic.....etc.) almost all languages in the world,
whenever I contacted the guy he tells me that he has a problem in importing and exporting the database in different languages, he told me the the pages codes are fine and he coded them in a global way so they work well as you can type in any language you want and post in the forum in any language you want and it will appear fine but he says that the problem is in exporting and importing from and in the database is the problem (for example: let say I want to save something from the website as a backup in a specific language then the file I will save "import or export) the language in it will get messed up and I will not be able to read the content, like I will not be able to the chinese language in its usual form or the arabic language in its form or or or or or......etc.)

so now I decided to search the forums and look for answers that might help me to tell the guy to do so he can finish the website,

I would love and really appreciate any help or if you can refer me to any site that can explain to me the ways to solve such problem,
Remember that the problem is in importing and exporting the database in different languages,
