Other Programming Languages If you have a coding issue to discuss about another language that really isn't provided for in any other forum here (not ASP.NET C#, C++, VB, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Java, Perl, Applescript, XML or any of the other forum topics we have), post it here. Enough discussion on a language we don't have covered could prompt a new forum.

"Common" in what sense - most frequently used; most lines of code; most programmers; most un-posh?

Its a tricky one - and pretty much impossible to answer - people don't even know how many sites there are on the internet, let alone what language/s they use.

One approach is to find the frequency of appearance of a language in google results cf:
http://www.tiobe.com/tpci.htm
http://www.dedasys.com/articles/lang...opularity.html

Is that any help?
