Other Programming Languages If you have a coding issue to discuss about another language that really isn't provided for in any other forum here (not ASP.NET C#, C++, VB, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Java, Perl, Applescript, XML or any of the other forum topics we have), post it here. Enough discussion on a language we don't have covered could prompt a new forum.

Default Asynchronous Transactions

OMG...I am having a total meltdown here. I have a client who wants a service to run asyncronously (sp?). My best shot (I think) is Ajax, but I have no idea where to start.

I'm running a transaction that I write to a database and then display a results page, all of which are hosted on MY server.

The clients wants me to post the results to HIS server as well, without the person who is entering the information being redirected to him.

For example: Jane wants to get 12 dozen chocolate covered apples from me. I have a contract with a local farmer to get the apples. He wants me to send an order to him asyncronously when my customer enters the info. Which is perfect for me...one less thing to remember.

Any ideas on how to do this? Is Ajax my best bet? Where can I go to figure out how program it? (I'm an intermediate .asp programmer, Ajax is new and scary to me at this point.)
