%VAR%

I have this code at the top of a Perl script i am working on (it's not mine).
Can anyone tell me anything about the variables? e.g. '%TEAM%'? Are they hashes? Are they references?

huh?

If it was in square brackets I'd say is was related to the Template::Toolkit from CPAN http://www.template-toolkit.org/docs...orial/Web.html . Maybe its a template from something else? Definitely not perl that I've seen though you never know ...
