I am new to this community..

Can any one explain about the entities conversion..

ie from Special character, ASCII value, Heaxadecimal, Latin entities into a equivalent character.

Sure, but you'll need to be clearer what you want to convert them to. For example if you wanted HTML character entities, you could use HTML::Entitiies from the CPAN. But maybe you need some other conversion, like character encoding.
