Default Importing data from .csv

Well, I keep getting an error everytime I run the script. I'm trying to import the data from the csv into the mysql database. The scripts are in the following txt files.

http://www.spitzbucket.com/install.txt
http://www.spitzbucket.com/config.txt

The error that comes up is:

Invalid query: Column count doesn't match value count at row 132C:\WM\www\install.php

I tried to modify the script a bit but it didn't work again.
http://www.spitzbucket.com/install2.txt
The error that came up this time is:

Parse error: parse error in C:\WM\www\install.php on line 30

Please help it is really urgent!
