Consider SQL syntax:
'DELETE FROM table_name' deletes all rows.
'DELETE FROM table_name WHERE condition' delete 1 or more rows matching the condition. If conditions are many, call this rule many times.
You may show 'checkbox' or 'multiple select' for 'admin' and when he/she selects (unique) IDs, records will get deleted may be by a single statement in a loop.
