Default imagecopyresampled

 hi there

does someone know a solution for this???

i want to crop an image and use the following function for this.

imagecopyresampled ( resource dst_image, resource src_image, int dst_x, int dst_y, int src_x, int src_y, int dst_w, int dst_h, int src_w, int src_h )

for some reason i cannot set int src_x, int src_y to specific values to suit my needs. i get the image cropped but always starting from the top left corner, no matter what values i set for int src_x, int src_y.

does anybody know why that is?

also , how can i check which GD library i have installed? probably a stupdi question, sorry :)

thanks in advance
J
