Default How to save data from a fillable pdf form

I need help. I am trying to let clients fill all the information in the fillable pdf or html file, and send the completed pdf file back to server. How to save all the data from the pdf or html file, do I need to create a huge database?

I appreciate any guidance and advice.

If you want to use pdf things are a bit more complex.
You can use html forms to build your forms to fill in data.

the trickier part!
next you need to put this data in a database. find out what language you want to use or what language your server supporst like
PHP ASP ASP.net JSP coldfusion etc
this you will need to comunicate with the database.

Find out what database you want to use. I recommed ms acces or mySQL for starters.

good luck
