Default upload-download video

sir,

i am webdesigner. i had so many doubts in php programming language.My new task is to do [u]upload and download videos</u>.i want to upload videos to my site and we can download those videos, all are done dynamically.So please sent the correct toutorial to my email id(vipinkottackal@gmail.com). i think p2p consider me very well.

using file upload u can upload video files and save it in a folder.
give a hyperlink to the specified path.

after uploading save the file path in a database.
so that u can retrieve it for showing link.
