free API java for Outlook

Does it exists a free Java API for Microsoft Outlook ?
For exemple, my java programm will be able to creat, access contact in Outlook...

to access outlook using either u have to use JIntegra tool which is available from the JIntegra site or you have to write JNI wrapper over VC++ wrapper so that u can access api's of outlook
