Default Load jsp on startup

Hi,

I need to load my jsp on startup. I am using SunOne 7. I know i can do it with SunOne7, and need to make an entry in the web.xml file.
What i need to know is the suntax for this and do the jsp's have to be precompiled for this?

Thanks in Advance
Naz
