Default Urgent Problem in JVM

I ahve an applet in my HTML page and when I run it on any other system it cant run and gives the error Class Not Found and
Second thing is that I have Java Script on one page and it also not working .
Is this due to JVM or any other?
Any suggetions wil be appreciated
