pro php5 full source code

Hi,

I am looking for the full source code for the book Prfessional PHP5 (ISBN 0-7645-7282-2). I downloaded the source code by clicking on the 'download source' link but most of the code is not there.

Is there any way that I could get my hands on the full source code or is there a reason why hald of the code is missing.
