Default undefined index and variable

Hey guys...am having problems with updating with php5. Now am having undefined index and varibles on most of the pages of the website that i am working on. How can i do away with them? this is my code:

         echo "recno=$recno";

    for($saverec=1; $saverec<$recno; $saverec++)

        $ccont = $_POST["$ccont"];

echo "<br>id=$chidid, reccont=$ccont, ccode=$ccode, category=$ccat, RFC=$cRFC, dimension=$cdim, class=$cclass, cman=$ccman, price=$cprice<br><br>";

        $dest = basename($_FILES["$crec"]['name']);

$qupdate = "UPDATE tblfurniture_back
            SET contno='$ccont', prodcode='$ccode', category='$ccat', RFC='$cRFC',dimension='$cdim', class='$cclass', cman='$ccman',price='$cprice', dest='$cdest' where id='$id'";

         echo "<br><center>Record Update Successful!</center><br>";

        die (" Data Update Failed!".mysql_error());

        move_uploaded_file($_FILES["$crec"]['tmp_name'], $dest);

echo "<center><a href=apanelnext_back.php>back</a></center>";

Which variable is giving you that error ($recno)?

You need to make sure that there is a value in the $_POST array like so:

if(isset($_POST["recno"])){ $recno = $_POST["recno"]; } else { $recno = ""; }
And a shortcut of writing the above would be like
$recno = (isset($_POST["recno"])) ? $_POST["recno"] : "";
And there is another option...for the server configuration(php.ini) you could lower the error reporting
