Just an update. We have had a recurrence of this issue. When we try to view any DLL that is compile with that error in OleView it will not open. I have found two things that quickly reset the DLL without having to break or remove compatibility:

1) Clean the registry of all instances of the DLL (on some of our machines we had as many as 4 instances).

2) Delete the corrupt DLLs (so that only the currenct compatibility DLL is in the directory). Then close the IDE and reopen the IDE and compile the DLL.

A combination of these two procedures has so far allowed us to continue working with the DLL and still maintain compatibility.

Thank you again for all your help and any new thoughts or insights are definitely welcome.

Thanks,
Yehuda
