Default LDAP and Relative Path problem

Hello everybody,
I need to change the security access for specific users on specific folders on the server 2000 (for example folder "c:\websites\site1" and user "IUSR"). I am trying to accomplish this using LDAP but I have a problem to create the Relative Path for the folder to bind. I've tried many different approaches but every time I am getting the error:
"No such object on the server...". I assume my syntax is wrong, but I cannot find the source with the clear explanation how to create the Relative Path for LDAP connection and how exactly the syntax supposes to look like for the task I am trying to do.
I would be greatly appreciated if you give me an example how to create this string to change access permission to the folder on server for particular user.
    Thanks in advance,
                            Dmitriy :)
