Default VB6 DLL With Forms.......Help........Urgent

I develop a vb6 dll in which i am using forms. And due to forms i can't select "Unattended Execution" & "Retained In Memory" options during compilation of dll. I am running this dll under windows 2000 advance server and using it in ASP pages. But sometimes it gives errors as under.

Run-time error '7': out of memory and sometimes followed by a disk operation error.

Run-time error '430': Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface.

Run-time error '424': Object required.

Run-time error '-2147023170 (800706be)': Automation error. The remote procedure call failed.

To rectify these problems i have to restart the server. Plz help me that how can i get rid of these errors.
