How can i use COM+ with VB6
is thr any tutorial or reference

Dear Ashu,

Check out the "Visual Basic and COM+ Programming - By Example" published by Que. It's a nice book about COM/COM+ programming with VB 6 and features lots of hands on exercises and a couple of complete projects. I'm sure you'll love this book.
