Default Clipboard to excel sheet thorugh VB

hi,
I have a very critical problem. Suppose I have selected a block of rows and columns from an excel sheet by pressing ctrl + c and ctrl + v manually. But now I want this data to be saved into another excel sheet, cell to cell, using a vb procedure. Note: I dont want the excel sheet to be viewed in the screen but the copy paste have to be done and the file has to be saved in the disk.

Plz help.

bye
