Default printing problem

I am unable to set the paper size attribute in DataReport, because of which I am unable to print a larger width Report using dotmatrix printer.
I tried setting the printer attributes, it didn't help.

Error Message "ReportWidth larger than PaperWidth."

I tried installing larger printer "Printronix P5000 series" and set it as the default printer, but the program still complains

Please help
