Default Trigger !

For example . I have a trigger in MS.SQL like

CREATE TRIGGER MyTriggerName
ON MyTable_name,

FOR DELETE, INSERT, UPDATE
AS
BEGIN
    Print "Are you sure !"
END
How can i handle Trigger in My VB

Hi ,
I think we can not handle the Trigger in VB becuase Trigger are designed for Database Server Only such asd SQL Server or Oracle. So we can not do anything within our VB code.
As i know in order to write a Trigger we need to do it in Databse.Right?
More questions?
