Selecting Fields to be printed on vb6 report

I have a form designed for generating report in vb6. The interface is to check the checkboxes with its corresponding fields which shall be printed on the report, eg: You will select which fields by using the checkboxes and only the specific fields will be printed on the report... Can anybody help???????
