Default Import Data from Open Excel Sheet to Access

Hi, I want to import data from Excel sheet while it is open and not saved on hard disk,is it possible..

Exactly wht I mean is in my app. on click of cmdbutton1 I m creating a Excel Sheet with data in it(I m using it as temp db) and on click of other cmdbutton2 I want to export the data of Excel Sheet which is opened and not saved on HDD to Access DB. Excel Sheet has 2 columns and around 10 rows and then delete tht Excel sheet data to get another data how to do so plz help me...

If provide with example it will be more helpful...
