Default conection between Express Server and VB

Hi All,
My question is related to connection between MDBMS and VB.We are using Oracle Financial Analyser(OFA - MDBMS) which uses Express language. In OFA we can execute the express comands. The form in whcih we execute the comands is made in VB.
Is there any way to connect VB and Express Server?
Any help on this are welcome.
