Run-time error '20599'; Cannot open SQL Server
Dear All,
I am using Visual Basic 6.0 ( VB 6.0) Crystal Report 8.5 and Access 2000.
I am getting Run-time error '20599'; Cannot open SQL Server.
Can any one help me. I have tried this on Windows 98, WinXP and Windows 2000 plateforms.

No one will be able to hazard a gues without some context.
What is the statement that raises the error (for instance)?
Are you able to gain acces to SQL Server with other programs?
Feel free to add any details you think might shed light on what it is that you are doing.

I am using Visual Basic and want to print/preview crystal report. At this moment, I am getting error message. If any body needs any type of query, can please specify the query.

hi again... did you search for it in google?? there is a lot of pages about the subject, it's a common error for crystal..
