Default how to bout data from execel to sqlserver2000

dear all
help for that i have database with execel and i want to change it to sql server 2000 i or rady change it by sql server but i want it by vb6

if any body have any idea for that send tom please


for example i have file test.xls and it have my data in sheet1 so how i excute it to database sqlserver 2000
