Default Access (.mdb) over network using Jet 4 OLE DB

I'm trying to use Ms Access mdb on a network using a shared folder on a machine. I'm having trouble running the application simultaneously on more than one computer on the network and gives an error something like this "File in use". They work fine when I run them individually.

How can I solve this problem? Furthermore the crystal report in the application is also not showing on the machine on which the mdb does not reside. It works fine on the machine with the mdb. The path in the CR designer is correct.

Here is the code.

'These lines go in a Module so that it makes it easy to use the objects in differnt forms
Option Explicit
Public con As New ADODB.Connection
Public rs As New ADODB.Recordset
'Module ends

Private Sub MDIForm_Load()
con.Provider = "Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provider"
con.Properties("Jet OLEDB:Database Password") = "abc"
con.Open ("Data Source=\\jsf\jsf\JSF.mdb")
rs.CursorType = adOpenDynamic
rs.LockType = adLockOptimistic
rs.ActiveConnection = con
End Sub
I would really appreciate if anyone can give me a few tips soon.

Anxiously waiting for replies.

Take care, Peace!
