Default saving and loading pictures

hi members,

Am currently doing an inventory that is to be used in a two weeks time and the owner has just requested that he wants to have passport size photos for his empoyees and every time he selects an empoyees record the picture to appear on the form. How can I achieve this? Am using VB .net 2005 and Microsoft Sql Server 2000. Please help me coz I don want to look as if am not competent enough to give a client what he wants. This is one of the reasons why I registered into p2p coz I belive its the best programmer to programmer site I know.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
