Reading .eml files in .net

There does not appear to be a .net class library for reading .eml files in the RFC 822 format ( though there is one, mailmessage, for creating them).

Can anyone suggest a code library (vb preferred) which would facilitate vb.net programs in reading and parsing the data from .eml files?
