Deployment Error

I'm trying to deploy an application to a users work station. When I try to run the exe the following error is generated:

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Process ID=0x5a8(1448), Thread id=0xb8(184)

Any idea what this means or how I can tell what the actual problem is? I've deployed the same app on another users work station and it works fine. I've aleady installed the .NET framework on the users system as well.
