I would like to know what kind of screens for employees are developed in hrdc. What kind of vb objects are used, because I have an interview for a vb programmer job and the job is to design vb screens for employees.

This is such a subjective question.

The screens you will want are highly dependent on what it is that you—as an enterprise—want your workplace to operate like.

In some cases, you will want to have timecard data entered.
In most you will need a variety of screens to accept a username and password.
You might have a corporate menu system for launing various applications needed in accomplishing work.

I mean, it is really dependent on what it is that you need.
I would add, that if you are not that sure what you want, you will have a difficult time assessing whether you have obtained it or not.

Perhaps you could enlist the help of a local contract-work agency, just to help you clarify your needs and goals, and to help you vet applicants...
