Default Coloring Information in Richtextbox Control

Hello,

I'm using a Richtextbox control and what I'm doing is coloring certain information, such as when someone spells a word wrong, it colors it red. I can color the misspelled words red fine. The problem is that I'm having is when I select that text, double-click that text, etc. is that it colors it black! What would be doing this, and how can I stop it?

Thanks,

Brian Mains
