Default make custom controls?

how can i make a custom controll that when i click it it fires a lcick event but it is invisible kinda like a click region.

Assuming this is a windows application...

There are a couple of container controls that you could use for this, but I would probably use a panel control because it has a borderstyle property that you can set to none, which essentially makes it invisible.

From this you can capture the mouse events and program it based upon the coordinates where the user clicked (or entered, etc.).
