Change Series Color in Stacked Line Markers chart

I am making a Stacked Line marker chart in Excel using VB.NET/C#.NET.

I am not able to change the colors corresponding to a data series programmatically(using VB.NET or C#.NET).

Using objSerie.Interior.Color throws an exception.

Pls guide me through the same.
