Default VBScript runtime

I am getting this message at the end of the page when ever I try to log in to my internet account to see my internet udsage charges.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: 'dn'
/callfunction.asp, line 277

Can any one help me out. I am totally new to this area.

I image that you need to contact your internet provider to find out why their system is broken.

The error is just telling you that some code is trying to use a variable that hasn't been defined.
