Default Visual Inheritance

If a base form is derived then how can we use the events of controls defined in the base form in derived form.

For ex. If data grid control has been inserted in base form and I have derived a child form, then if i want to trap click event in derived form, how it can be done. I can only use properties of data grid but not events in the derived form.

hi there..

add a handler for the datagrid in the load of the base form that point to a overridable (or mustoverride) function... then you can overrides that procedure in the child form...
