Changing attributes of domain user's

2 questions?

I need to modified passwd and other attributes of user on Active directory, i use directoryservice.directoryentry to access to the user's properties but i can't change it, please help..

How to work with the iads class to ADSI connection??? Is it necesary any .dll?
