How to read out a inbox mailbox

Is it possible in VB.NET to read an outlook inbox
the code and components must be 100% VB.NET

Can someone help me ?

can you be more specific with this question? Are you interested in reading the contents of the .pst file or are you looking to actually connect to a pop/imail account? Also, is outlook in your environment using exchange server?

Hi Peter
I am in the same boat, I am trying to develop an application
to connect to exchange server user account and i have to save the email attachments into a shared folder, I have to develop some kind of script or code.I do not want to use any Isap capabilities. To do that i am thinking of using Imap4 or msxml,I need some help in this. Any help is highly appriciated.By the way i want to develop the same application in VB.net or asp.

Hi forum,
Basically u want to retrieve/read data from pop3 server as i understood.There are some pop3 commands like user,pass,top,retr,etc through which u can access ur pop3 server and download the mails.Better u elaborate ur query,we will help u out.
