VB.NET COM+ security issues

I have created a COM+ service with VB.Net We are having some security issues.

1. The password we set on the COM+ service sporadically blanks out.
2. We are every so often getting a message. 'Automation error The security context is invalid.'. Anyone have any ideas what might be happening?
