Hi can anybody help me on closing applications?
when i exit my vb.net 2005 the application process still remains in the process list of my task manager and should be closed from there?
how can i exit my application causing the process to end too?

Urgent Help is not much of a subject line... Perhaps "Proc. Stays Active After Closing" would be better.

What method are you using to close your application?

My suspicion is that something in your app opens a resource, which isn't closed. The app dispatches the visual elements, but doesn't terminate the process while that resource is still active. It's hard to be more explicit without more info.

What does this app do during its life?
