Default DatabaseProject can't run on PCs without SQL 2000

I used the click once deployment to publish my VB 2005 database project SQL Server 2000 as home to my database. When i deployed it to another machine having Visual Studio 2005 and running SQL Server 2005, it gave me an error message saying that it failed to connect to the database. Please assist me on how this project will run on machines without the above.
