Default Scheduled Task for Windows XP

Does anyone know how to programatically create a Scheduled Task for Windows XP using either C# or VB?

Thanks...

I think that you should be able to do this by calling the "at" shell command. It's the command line interface to the scheduler. From the at command help dump:

"The AT command schedules commands and programs to run on a computer at
a specified time and date. The Schedule service must be running to use
the AT command."
