Default Wondering about two health problems listed

So built VM following instructions in Chapter 1 (missed the additional install item for 2008 R2 so maybe source of another issue) and now when I access the administration interface I see two health warnings

1. Accounts used by application pools or service identities are in the local machine Administrators group - SPTimerService (SPTimerV4)
2. The Unattended Service Account Application ID is not specified or has an invalid value - VisioGraphicsService

I have no idea the importance of either, but number 1 seems to be a simple AD/Security issue since the application pool could execute with elevated privileges, and the second seems like a configuration issue but I cannot find the option to resolve.
