I'm attempting to get my Microsoft SQL Server Report Manager 8.00.1038.00 to work but when I attempt to open it I get an error. I believe that it is a database permission's problem but I'm not sure. I've attempted using the RSCONFIG.EXE to change the RSReportServer.config file but the it still says that it can't find the database.

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong or what the problem might be?
