subtracting period columns in a matrix

Hello All

I have been working in a simple report where i list sales.
In the rows I have the regions and vessel calls and in the columns I have the sales for 2006, 2005, 2004 and so forth.

My problem is that I have not found how to include a column showing the difference between a year and its prior year.

Can anyone help me on this.
