Hello.

I have a parameter with multi values taken from a query.

When I open the report the first option in the parameter option list is "select all".

I want the "select all" to be selected by default when I open the report.

I Tried to use the same query in the default value of the parameter in the hope that this will check all the values but it didn't work.

Any ideas?

Try this:

Open the Report Parameters dialog box:

Default values: check the "From query" radio button.

Under Dataset: select the dataset that has the data.

Under Value field: select the field that corresponds to the data.
