how r u everybody.plz help me about, how to pass multiple values through url class. like if i want to pass user and password to a servlet from an applet.i will use url class object to call the servlet and how can i attach these two things with url and how can i deattach them from the url in my servlet.

To pass multiple values through URL class you can do this

URL ur = new URL("http://foo.com/myServlet?user_name=XYZ&pass=ABC");

and you can the parameters sent with the URL by writing this code

String str_name = request.getParameter("user_name");
String str_pass = request.getParameter("pass");
